Customize your wedding or vow renewal! You can add a Bouquet and matching Boutonniere, your choice of champagne - either Domaine St. Michelle or Veuve Cliquot (allow 6 glasses per bottle), Photographer - digital (you will own the CD), and/or Video - edited (opening title sequence, closing credits, sound track, archiving of master film, 1 hour on location, 1 hour editing). Make your selections during the booking process.

Government Holidays: Hours are limited on holidays and filing paperwork on those days can result in additional fees. If you plan to get married on or near a holiday, please call to make certain that the courthouse will be open. Click here to see the holiday list and phone numbers.

Transportation: If you are taking a taxi to Magens Bay, just let the driver know what time you have to be there and he or she will let you know what time you should be picked up. Be sure to tell the driver if you have to go to the courhouse first!

Payment: A 20% non-refundable booking fee is required; you will pay the balance to your minister in cash or traveler's checks the day of your ceremony.

Wedding only: You must bring your paperwork from the courthouse. Bring a change of clothes if you want to stay and enjoy beach and the crystal-clear water, and money to spend at the beach. Beach facilities include bar, sail boat and kayak rentals, restaurant, showers, and bathrooms. A few picnic table are available and you can rent lounge chairs.
